The sport-climbing areas from the home region of the GEBRO publishing house: Oberallgäu, Ostallgäu and the Vils / Tirol area, the Tannheimer Tal, the Känzele near Bregenz and the Bock area in the Lower Allgäu in a compact book.
Just in time for the summer season 2018, the seventh revised edition of the book will be published, which in turn contains a lot of new content.
Around 50 new tours come together after just over a year in this edition again. Once again, a lot has changed around Füssen, and in the Upper Allgäu the Hirschtobel near Bad Hindelang has been continuously enriched with new routes, so that the climbing area is becoming more and more a worthwhile destination.
In the area of renovations, the completion of the Sanier-Aktion of the IG-Klettern am Weihar must be mentioned. Virtually all routes in this area are now equipped with solid hook material and have been provided with one or two additional hooks to defuse dangerous areas.
In this new edition many new and reactivated routes are described, which offer plenty of potential for personal new discoveries. Thus, the continuous development of the Allgäu and the adjacent areas continues to one of the most important climbing regions in Germany / Austria. The appealing color layout and the generous illustrations make you want to enjoy this great and lively sports climbing area in the heart of one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany and Austria!
Note: The sports climbing around Reutte (including whitewall) are still integrated into the sport climbing guide Lechtal-Rock.
